Founder

 

Dutch of origin and born in Rotterdam. After 11 years of being an entrepreneur in the mining industry, I decided to follow my heart and turn my life 180 degrees. In January 2022 I moved to Mallorca and the great adventure had begun! With my enormous experience as an entrepeneur, my creative brain and passion for food, I founded Smickles & Pickles. I hope our customers will enjoy our food as much as I enjoy this new challenge every day!
